Logo and branding: two to three weeks from brief to final files.
Brochure website (five to eight pages): four to six weeks.
Shopify or e-commerce build: eight to twelve weeks, depending on how many products need uploading and whether the catalogue data is clean.
What actually causes delays is rarely the design work. It is waiting on content — photography, product descriptions, staff bios and legal copy. If you can get that ready early, you will usually land at the fast end of the range.
