Frequently asked questions
The things clients ask most
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the size and complexity of the site. A brochure website starts lower than a full Shopify store with hundreds of products. We quote a fixed price up front after a short discovery call, so there are no surprise invoices.
How long does a project take?
A logo and branding package typically takes two to three weeks. A brochure website takes four to six weeks. A full e-commerce build takes eight to twelve weeks depending on the product catalogue.
Do you work with businesses outside Manchester?
Yes. Our office is in Manchester but we work with clients across the UK and internationally. Everything can be handled over video call and email.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. We build on platforms you can manage yourself and we hand over with a walkthrough so you know how to update text, images and pages.
Do you offer hosting and ongoing support?
We do. Hosting, updates, backups and security are available as an ongoing care plan or we can hand everything over if you would rather manage it yourself.
What is dispute and chargeback support?
If your business is facing an online dispute, e-commerce claim or chargeback, we help you organise the evidence and prepare a clear, professional response — giving you the strongest possible chance of protecting your revenue.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Often. If your current site still works but looks dated, a redesign is usually faster and cheaper than starting again. We’ll tell you honestly which makes more sense.
What do you need from me to get started?
An idea of what your business does, who your customers are, and any brand assets or copy you already have. If you have none of that, we can help create it.
